Client: iWHELD

The Challenge

iWHELD have been creating a revolutionary programme for the care sector, based on 20+ years of valuable knowledge. Their ongoing mission being to empower and support people living with dementia in care homes. The challenge they were facing was making the programme look and feel as valuable as the content it contained, and making sure it felt accessible to an industry that is often overworked and understaffed.

The Solution

What started as a simple asset creation brief soon turned into a brand and TOV uplift that put the care industry at the heart of the work. Effectively laying strong foundations across ever touchpoint iWHELD had. We worked hard with the team to ensure the visuals and language across all of these assets reflected the value of the programme while keeping it accessible to people who are time poor, and may speak English as a second language.

Did we unlock potential?

Yes. The marketing and brand work we created, contributed to the increase of care home sign ups from 13 to 149. Leading to approx. 500 care staff members receiving support in their roles, and over 700 people living with dementia reaping the benefits.

What iWHELD thought about working with us

‘It's hard to describe what Kireli have brought to iWHELD; like sprinkling magic dust over everything and bringing it to life in a way that it hadn't been before. And the impact is rather profound - having a harmonising effect that has transformed the iWHELD hub into a cohesive whole that is much greater than the sum of its parts.’
