Client: Yellow Bird Project

The Challenge

The team behind the Yellow Bird Project had a cracking idea – to work with indie bands and artists to create a suite of music-related products that would be sold to raise money for charity. The idea was a hit, however demand for the products reached such a point that Casey and Matt, the founders, desperately needed consistent ad hoc product and marketing support. And they needed it fast.

The Solution

We stepped in and took control of their mammoth to-do list. Designing everything from products and merch to marketing materials. While delivering everything on-time. As a small non-profit, it’s not easy getting access to consistent and varied support at an affordable price. But our lean business structure meant they got way more bang for their buck. As well as saving them time and money looking for different designers and creatives to collaborate.

Did we unlock potential?

Yes. With our ongoing support Yellow Bird Project raised over a whopping $100,000 as well as shining a light on multiple charities across the globe. The project caught the eye of potential investors and soon after, management was successfully taken over by Trekstock.
