The Challenge

We love working with the founders of Bee Sober. Lisa and Alex’s passion for creating an exciting sober-wellbeing community is infectious. However, the inherent link to the taboo of alcoholism was muddying their brand vision. We needed to help them bring clarity to their offering and show how they provided a fun destination for people to hang out without booze.

The Solution

Using our Kireli Brand Strategy workshop, we repositioned Bee Sober as an optimistic lifestyle change. Stripping it of the negative alcoholism stereotypes, and instead celebrating the joy of living life without booze. From there, we took the new strategy and used it to develop attention-grabbing B2C and B2B campaigns.

Did we unlock potential?

Yes. Within weeks of implementing their new brand strategy and campaigns, Bee Sober caught the attention of potentially their biggest ever business partner – the NHS – with talks of a nationwide partnership advancing. Just goes to show, a clear comms strategy and entertaining campaign can go a long way for a local community start-up.
